For our BWH Brands, we are seeking a Specialist Inhouse Sales Support at our head office in Frankfurt or remote in Germany. You've come to the right place if you feel at home in the world of hotel sales and commercial activities and enjoy internal support for our worldwide and regional Sales Manager. In this role, you are the backbone for our global Sales Team and support them with the RFP processes and rate loading tasks. You feel comfortable in an agile, young team and are not afraid to tackle your customers' challenges on your own responsibility.

The main goals of the position are:

  • In-house operational sales support for corporate RFP management, working alongside the EMEA Sales Offices and the Sales Support team in Headquarters/Phoenix
  • Operational Support for TMC/Consortia RFP contracting
  • CRS rate loading, GDS mapping, and Rate Audits
  • Support for our hotels globally in systems like CRS, GDS, Cvent Transient, 3rd party RFP tools, etc related to RFP process & rate loading
  • Ensuring visibility and bookability of corporate rates in all connected channels
  • Maintain relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Involvement in cross departmental projects

Job requirements

    • Knowledge of RFP tools and distribution systems (Cvent Transient, CRS, GDS, OBT, 3rd party RFP tools, etc) desirable
    • Knowledge of SynXis CR (powered by Sabre Hospitality) is an advantage
    • Microsoft 365 knowledge
    • Fluent in spoken and written English - German and/or other foreign language is beneficial
