For our BWH Brands, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist Inhouse Sales Support at our head office in Frankfurt or remote in Europe. You've come to the right place if you feel at home in the world of hotel sales and commercial activities and enjoy internal support for our worldwide and regional Sales Manager. In this role, you are the backbone for our global Sales Team and support them with the RFP processes and rate loading tasks. You feel comfortable in an agile, young team and are not afraid to tackle your customers' challenges on your own responsibility.

The main goals of the position are:

  • Support our Worldwide Sales Team with the Administration and Coordination of Corporate RFPs
  • Support the TMC/Consortia RFP contracting
  • Administer Promotional Campaign RFPs
  • CRS rate loading, GDS mapping, and Rate Audits
  • Provide support to our hotels and partners globally in systems like Cvent Transient, SynXis CR, GDS and 3rd party RFP tools related to RFP process & rate loading
  • Ensure the visibility and bookability of corporate rates across all WorldHotels connected channels
  • Maintaining strong relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects as needed

Job requirements

  • Background in hospitality with knowledge of RFP tools and distribution systems is a plus
  • Experience with SynXis CR (powered by Sabre Hospitality) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Office 360
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in German and/or other foreign language is beneficial
  • Strong attention for detail and superior administrative skills
